Questions we often get
Who owns the domain?
You do. The domain is bought in your name and you pay for it directly. We help you connect it.
Where is the website hosted?
On fast, secure static hosting managed by us. Hosting for the first year is included in the package. The staging preview stays on our infrastructure until the final payment is made.
How many changes can I ask for?
Two rounds of revisions are included. A round is one consolidated list of changes. Extra rounds are quoted separately.
What happens after launch?
You get a bug-fix period after launch. Content updates and ongoing care are available as a monthly maintenance plan, quoted separately.
How do payments work?
70% advance before we customize your site, and 30% after you approve the staging preview and before launch. Domain and any paid third-party services are paid by you.
Do you provide photos and text?
You send your photos, logo and business details. We tidy the wording. We only use images you have permission to use.
Can I add booking or online payments later?
Not in these packages. We can discuss add-ons such as WhatsApp automation later, quoted separately.
